• RDT becomes SIDEO rdt
• BEDEVILLE becomes SIDEO bedeville

This synergy will allow us to better serve you in terms of technical development and better meet your requirements especially in terms of prices, products functions, investments and low cost country needs.

At short term, our four main targets are :

1. Offer a larger service :
   • Innovation capacity,
   • Production capacity,
   • Investment capacity,
   • Larger range of production processes,
   • Dedicated project manager by customer.
2. Open in 2007 our production site SIDEO RO in Sibiu (Romania),
3. Use the complementarity of our customers and of the diversification of our activities,
4. Implement a global sourcing policy.

However this new identity may generate constraints for you and for us. That is why starting from June 1st, 2007, all the documents (orders, invoices, emails, etc) exchanged between your company and our, will be stating by the name of SIDEO followed by the name of the concerned company.
